Grant of License
By purchasing any digital product offered by Jennifer Daily, including but not limited to Fine Art that Sells and the Artist Resource Guide, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and access the digital product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Ownership
All content included in these digital products, such as text, graphics, videos, images, and other material, is the property of Jennifer Daily and is protected by international copyright laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the content of the digital products.

Permitted Use
You may use any and all digital products for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print a single copy of any materials for your personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Use
You may not copy, distribute, share, reproduce, or sell the digital product or any part of it. You may not upload the digital product to any website, file-sharing platform, or distribute it through any other medium. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the digital product. You may not use the digital product for any commercial purpose or in a manner that infringes upon the copyright holder's rights.

Termination
The license granted to you will terminate automatically if you breach any of these terms and conditions. Upon termination of the license, Jennifer Daily reserves the right to revoke access to the digital product, including through login credentials or other digital platforms, without notice. You must delete all copies of the digital product in your possession upon termination.

Refunds
